Royal Berkshire is a country house perfectly located for overnight stays on the outskirts of Ascot. With modern meeting spaces, a dedicated break out Energy Zone and 15 acres ideal for team building activities. A charming wedding location, with elegant suites, a private walled garden and a beautiful fountain plaza.

Our striking red brick Queen Anne mansion dating back to 1705 has 15 acres of landscaped gardens to explore and is perfectly located in Berkshire near many major travel networks. Just a stone's throw from Ascot Racecourse, Windsor Castle and many other local attractions, you don't have to go far to discover some extraordinary sights.

We have a total of 66 rooms for our guests to retire to at the end of the a busy day enjoying the venue or exploring the local area - maybe you're attending a wedding, a conference or attending an event nearby such as Royal Ascot or Legoland.

Each room has flat screen TV's, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities.

During your stay here at the Royal Berkshire, whether for business or pleasure, you can enjoy a delicious array of dining treats. From club sandwiches and juicy steaks in FORK or in the lounge and bar, or perhaps an afternoon tea or deckchair picnic out on the lawns to celebrate a special occasion.

Comfy Double Rooms (traditional double en suite in the main house): a number of our Comfy rooms can accommodate extra bed requests at £40 per person per room.

Charming Suites (Ascot Suite, Polo Suite, Churchill Suite): additional guests over two people can be accommodated with a sofa bed or z bed.

Classy Suites (modern suite en suite): Lady Mary Suite and Spencer Suite. Additional guests can be accommodated with a sofa bed or z bed.

Road Directions

From the M25 - Leave the M25 at Junction 13 and take the A30 sign posted to Egham, Bagshot & Camberley. Follow the A30 towards Bagshot/Camberley for approximately 4.5 miles, over two roundabouts and two sets of lights. Turn right at the third set of traffic lights opposite Wentworth Golf Club onto the A329, signposted Ascot. Continue along A329 for two miles. The hotel is located on the right hand side.
