The Drawing Room at Coworth Park
A cosy welcoming spot with open fireplaces and picturesque views out across to the terraces and over 240 acres of parkland. Enjoy the all-day dining menu, light snacks, signature cocktails and classic afternoon tea amid the light and chic interior.
Gilbey’s Eton
The Upstairs Private Dining Room has striking watercolours by the artist Alexandra Haynes and overlooks Eton’s historic High Street. It is idea for of 8-16 people. The Gallery in the Townhouse opens into a private courtyard garden and has the Cactus Room anteroom with artworks by Jessica Graham. It suits groups of 16 – 34 people.
Oakley Court - Library
Elegant wood panelling, ornate plaster cornices and comfy seating dominate The Library, which overlooks the gardens and the river and comfortably seats up to 10 people for a dinner or 20 people for a cocktail reception. Next door is the stylish Sitting Room that welcomes 24 people.
Cliveden – The Boudoir
Framed by rich blue drapes, the elegant period features and refined furniture are lit up by natural daylight flooding through large windows overlooking the Parterre and lawn. The pinnacle of entertaining. It is perfect for meetings, dinner parties, afternoon tea or private functions.

Originally Lord Astor's private wine cellar, the brick walls, mighty pillars and vaulted ceilings have been lovingly restored to make this underground secret function room an unusual and atmospheric space for informal gatherings and small private parties.

A dazzling, exquisite private dining room featuring intricate gilded panelling, tables and chairs that William Waldorf Astor directly lifted from Madame de Pompadour’s 18th century dining room at the Château d’Asnières and had reconstructed at his Cliveden home. This Rococo masterpiece has views of the river and surrounding countryside and seats up to 60 guests.

Comfortable leather furniture surrounds a cosy fireplace, beckoning you into a period home with a homely welcome. Located on the ground floor of the Mansion, The Tote is perfect for corporate events, private dining, afternoon tea or social occasions.

The Sienna Room - A beautiful suite with large windows and lots of natural light, the Sienna Room is ideal for intimate civil ceremonies and boardroom meetings, lunches and dinners for up to 12 guests.
The Brasserie at Sir Christopher Wren
The newly refurbished Brasserie features an area flooded with natural daylight by a stunning glass dome and large windows. Available for intimate private dining functions. The semi-private area can seat up to 36 guests, has direct access to the riverside terrace, and offers the chance to dine in private as a group whilst keeping the ambience of the bustling restaurant and bar.
Windsor Guildhall
Hosting sumptuous banqueting experiences for over three centuries, dine under chandeliers (on loan from the Royal Collection Trust on behalf of the monarch), in the company of portraits of every monarch from Elizabeth I onwards. There are four tailored packages available, or bespoke arrangements for a minimum of 20 guests.
Great Fosters – The Tudor Room
Located in a 16th century former hunting lodge with silk lined walls and a 17th century tapestry, the Michelin star restaurant offers an intimate dining experience where many ingredients hail from the estate. Enjoy a tasting menu with intense flavours for just 20 diners at any one time.
Great Fosters - The Tithe Barn
Originally built in Ewell in the 12th century, it was dismantled and reconstructed at Great Fosters in the 1930s. Classic features include exposed vaulted English oak beams, mullioned windows, an open fire and a minstrels' gallery with receptions available in the adjacent Painted Hall, or al fresco on the terrace overlooking the estate. Accommodates up to 180 guests on round tables or up to 55 guests on one oval table down the centre of the room.
Cumberland Lodge – Prince Christian Room
The wood-panelled and historic dining space overlooks the front of the main Lodge building. It was the setting for a number of important meetings in the lead-up to the abdication of King Edward VIII in December 1936. Seats up to 40 people, or up to 100 people when combined with the Cumberland Room to create a single dining area.
Royal Windsor Racecourse – Churchill Suite
Experience a taste of what is was like when Sir Winston Churchill watched horses racing here, especially his popular Colonist II, which won at Windsor in 1949. This private suite, located within the Victorian Grandstand overlooking the racecourse, hosts up to 20 people.
The Royal Berkshire – Colonel Horlick
Named after the former owner, Colonel James Horlick, whose father and uncle invented the malted milk drink. With natural daylight, ground floor direct access outside, Colonel Horlick is a space for private dining suitable for 8-10 people.

With natural light spilling in through the lovely panelled windows and the features of a stately home library, the library can accommodate up to 40 guests and is ideal for board meetings, receptions and private dinners.
Beaumont Estate – The Chapel
Said to be inspiration for the chapel in Evelyn Waugh’s ‘Brideshead Revisited’, the original 1870’s building with a barrel-vaulted ceiling has been restored and fitted with seven distinct event spaces capable of accommodating between 30 and 170 delegates.
Norden Farm – The Long Barn
Atmospheric, naturally light and flexible; Norden Farm’s 18th century timber framed Long Barn can host up to 60 people for receptions and private dining.

Built on the site of an old dairy farm, Norden’s is located within the 18th century timber framed Long Barn and can accommodate private dining for up to 30 people.
Guards Polo Club – The Stick Room
Located at the world-renowned Smith’s Lawn in Windsor Great Park, The Stick Room at the clubhouse has an elaborate hanging of polo mallets from the roof and is an intimate venue for hosting private parties of up to 60 guests.
Guards Polo Club – The Royal Box
A chance to savour the atmosphere of this exclusive venue, which is normally only open to members, and experience a truly authentic day at the polo. All the hospitality packages are created and delivered by Mosimann's. Accommodates up to 30 guests.
The Olde Bell Hurley – The Library
One of the oldest inns in the world, accentuated by original features. Located in the adjacent Malthouse Victorian building, the Library is a small intimate space with dark oak panelling, an ancient collection of books and a Hand painted cocktail cabinet. Accommodates up to 10 people.
Hurley House Hotel
Accommodating up to 28 guests, this room offers rustic décor and wooden panelled walls for an intimate dining experience. Bi-fold doors provide direct access to the garden terraces, leaving the room bathed in natural daylight, or enjoying the twinkling allure of garden decorations once the sun sets.
Bel & The Dragon Windsor
Steeped in old English heritage, the restaurant and tearoom has served food and drink since the 11th Century and provides flexible spaces. Three downstairs dining rooms accommodate up to 30 people seated, upstairs the Castle room seats up to 10 and the Library up to 22 people.
