Whilst there is a restriction as to who can apply to get married in St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle, the majestic Windsor Guildhall, just metres from the castle entrance, is licenced for weddings and civil ceremonies. So impressive is this 17th-century venue that Prince Charles chose it for his wedding to Camilla Parker Bowles.

Couples from all four corners of the United Kingdom visit Royal Windsor to hold their ceremony in Windsor Guildhall. International couples can also marry in this venue subject to a period of notice and residency. Please contact the registrars of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead for further details.
You can’t get much closer to the royal wedding experience than by having the same choir singing at your own ceremony.
The Queen’s Six (below), an amazing male a capella ensemble, sing together every day as half of the Lay Clerks of St George’s Chapel and they performed on royal wedding day. The Queen’s Six often perform before the royal family at private and state occasions. Please contact them direct via email info@thequeenssix.com or visit their website www.thequeenssix.co.uk.

The newlyweds shared their first kiss as Duke and Duchess of Sussex under a beautiful flower arch on the west steps of St George’s Chapel.
LUXE Flowers in Eton High Street designed this stunning floral arch and can recreate one for your big day in a colour to complement your theming.
Just like the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, you too can experience the sights of Windsor from a beautiful horse-drawn carriage. Windsor Carriages' Royal Procession tour will take you in style from Windsor Guildhall or outside Windsor Castle and up the beautiful Long Walk following the same route as the royal newlyweds.

The night before the royal wedding Prince Harry stayed at the 5 star hotel and spa, Coworth Park, in Ascot while Meghan Markle enjoyed the luxurious surroundings of Cliveden House near Maidenhead.

An evening reception or intimate dinner for close friends and family at either venue would be an occasion to remember forever.
Perhaps the day before the wedding Meghan enjoyed a Cliveden afternoon tea with her mother while Prince Harry played polo on the Coworth Park lawns that are so familiar to him.
Meghan travelled in a vintage car between Cliveden and Windsor. You might prefer to arrive in style on a Private Boat, courtesy of Private Boat Hire direct from Windsor to Cliveden’s private mooring.
We can’t promise the television crews and a crowd of over 110,000 but you are bound to get photographed by our visitors.

"If you are looking for a venue that is historic and memorable the Guildhall is a great choice. It's just around the corner from Windsor Castle so you can feel like royalty on your special day. It is a beautiful building! The street is always busy with tourists; we had several stops for pictures of us." Robin and Neil
"It was so beautiful to be able to use [Windsor Guildhall] as our wedding venue. The fact that you are surrounded by royalty makes it feel very regal, and with Windsor just outside, we were able to have a picturesque lunch on the river, just a walk away." Melody and David
"We had such a lovely day. The Guildhall was such a special venue to celebrate our wedding day. From beginning to end everyone I dealt with was lovely, relaxed and accommodating. We went on to Cliveden House for our wedding breakfast. The food was excellent and the location breath-taking." Jessica and Adam
"It was wonderfully atmospheric in the Guildhall and it really helped make the occasion very moving for us both. What an incredible collection of paintings! A lot of history looking down on us while we made our vows!" Karen and Paul
