The Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa, located in the heart of Royal Ascot and just minutes from Royal Windsor, provides an excellent balance for combining business with pleasure. The hotel is conveniently located for access from the M3, M4 and M25 and is just 11 miles from Heathrow Airport. 

As one of the most exclusive meeting venues in Berkshire, the Macdonald Berystede is equipped with 14 modern meeting rooms accommodating 2 – 400 guests, with natural daylight, individually controlled air conditioning, built in AV facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi. Alternatively, why not step outside our purpose-built conference centre and make time for some team building activities on our private lawn.
