There’s plenty of fun to be had in Windsor & Maidenhead this February half term. The school holidays are a perfect time to visit. The days are getting longer and there’s lots to keep you entertained.
Fingers crossed for some beautiful, sunny early spring days but there’s a great selection of indoor things to do and outdoor things to do to choose from, whatever the weather!

You’ll find special half term activities included in a visit to Windsor Castle, and Legoland Windsor will be holding its annual Brick Days!
This year is the 250th anniversary of Jane Austen’s birth and you’ll discover a tongue-in-cheek take on the Austen classic as Pride and Prejudice* (*Sort Of) is performed at the Theatre Royal Windsor.
Challenge your friends and family to an immersive game of real-life adventure in one of our escape rooms: Escape in 60 Escape Rooms Windsor or Windsor Escape Experience. Do you have what it takes to find clues, solve puzzles and get out before the time’s up?
Get out and about in the fresh air and enjoy parks and gardens in the Windsor area or take to the river and see Windsor from a different perspective.
Discover some beautiful countryside too, including National Trust places to visit and Windsor Great Park.
Enjoy Wildlife Day Camps at the Great Park's Environmental Centre. Make sure you book in advance for an energetic session at Adventure Play, the fun outdoor woodland playground where children can discover a fascinating world of walkways, slides, sculptures and treehouses!
Parking for the day is included with an Adventure Play ticket so families can explore more of Windsor Great Park with some short walks around Obelisk Pond, suitable for children’s bikes and scooters. Plan ahead and families can also book a table for lunch in The Savill Garden Kitchen.
