This February half term, drop by Windsor Castle's Learning Centre to hear stories about some remarkable characters from the Windrush Generation, and make a memento to take home.
In 2023, to mark the 75th anniversary of the arrival of HMT Empire Windrush to British shores in 1948, His Majesty The King commissioned 10 portraits of pioneering members of the Windrush Generation.
The crafts on offer will relate to some wonderful African objects found in the Castle’s cabinets.
Activities take place throughout the half-term holidays in the Castle's Learning Centre.
Included with your Castle ticket or 1-Year Pass.
