Enjoy a film at the Old Court Cinema in Windsor where a big screen, Dolby surround sound and comfortable seating combine to create an unbeatable cinema experience!

With around 20 screenings each month, there's always something to enjoy, from the latest blockbusters to world cinema and art house films.

Don't forget to treat yourself to drinks and snacks from the bar (courtesy of Windsor & Eton Brewery) which you can bring right into the cinema.

The Old Courters monthly matinee cinema for senior audiences

The Old Courters is a monthly matinee social for silver screeners!  Enjoy an afternoon screening of a classic film for one Wednesday a month.  It’s a great opportunity to enjoy a film together in a friendly, sociable setting.

Tea, coffee, biscuits and a delicious ‘cake of the day’ are served in the bar area before hand and it costs just £5 for the film, refreshments and a dedicated member of staff available to assist at all times.

Refreshments from 2pm | Matinee 3pm.

Dawn of Impressionism: Paris 1874

The Impressionists are the most popular group in art history - millions flock every year to marvel at their masterpieces. But, to begin with, they were scorned, penniless outsiders.  1874 was the year that changed everything; the first Impressionists, "hungry for independence," broke the mould by holding their own exhibition outside official channels. Impressionism was born and the art world was changed forever.  What led to that first groundbreaking show 150 years ago?
