A tour of Theatre Royal Windsor takes you through a history of the theatre, taking in views from different parts of our stunning auditorium, plus head backstage and follow in the footsteps of the stars and be in with a chance of treading the boards and walking through the set of our current production*.

Learn more about Theatre Royal Windsor as a filming location too, with films such as the recent adaptation of Hamlet – starring Sir Ian McKellen – being filmed throughout the building.

Please note, the tour involves stairs as it takes in many different levels of the building and does not have lift facilities available.
