Civic Services will be held in both Windsor and Maidenhead on Sunday 10 November 2024, starting at 10.50am.

The Mayor of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Cllr Simon Bond, will attend the service at the war memorial, Town Hall, Maidenhead and the Deputy Mayor, Cllr Mrs Mandy Brar, will be at the war memorial outside the Parish Church of St John the Baptist, High Street, Windsor.

The wreath laying ceremonies and two minutes' silence at the war memorials will be followed by church services at St Mary’s Borough Church in Maidenhead and the Windsor Parish Church.  

There will also be a service in St Michael’s Church, Sunninghill where a wreath will be laid on behalf of the Council. The church service will be followed by the Act of Remembrance and Wreath laying at the War Memorial in the Church grounds.

Short road closures will be in place for Remembrance Day Parades being held in Windsor and in Maidenhead, as well to facilitate parades in Bray, Cookham, Cookham Dean, Horton and Waltham St Lawrence at various times between 10am and 1pm.
