Concierge Service

If you are looking to source and sell tickets for a wide range of events and attractions in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead area – including Windsor Castle, Legoland® Windsor Resort, French Brothers, Ascot Racecourse and Windsor Racecourse – then the Royal Windsor Information Centre’s Concierge Service ticks all the right boxes!

Based in the heart of Windsor and well known by local businesses and residents alike, the Royal Windsor Information Centre already works closely with over 25 hotels and accommodation providers, offering tickets for their guests, and we would love to work with you too.

Our Concierge Service allows you to book tickets and print them to order through our straightforward booking module – visit tickets.windsor.gov.uk/sales for more information. (Legoland tickets are also available on a separate website).

Concierge Service benefits for you

•    Choose from over 30 events and attractions available, with more added every year
•    Package tickets with your accommodation to encourage longer stay
•    Sell direct to your visitors from your Reception/Concierge Desk, offering ‘best value’
•    We’ll provide you with a unique log in to our online system
•    No pre-payment required – tickets purchased to order
•    Book to a credit limit and then we’ll invoice you for what you sell
•    Print your tickets on site – no security issues by holding stock
•    Legoland tickets are printed with a bar code to allow access through the turnstiles – no need for your visitors to queue!

Joining our Concierge Service is free to Tourist Information Centres and to any property already working with us.

For properties outside the Royal Borough, or those with whom we don’t have a current relationship, a small admin fee is applicable.
