New vegan menu at The Castle Hotel Windsor

Embark on a transformative culinary journey this January at Leaf, the signature restaurant at The Castle Hotel Windsor. The restaurant will be celebrating all things Veganuary for the second year as it launches a delicious plant-based three-course menu. Throughout January, the Veganuary set menu will become a core part of Leaf’s dining menu, with prices starting at £25 for three courses and £20 for two. These new plant-based additions will take the total number of vegan-friendly dishes at Leaf to over 50% of the menu, allowing guests to choose a variety of plant-based options during the month of January.

Royal Holloway University

Royal Holloway has achieved a Green Meetings Silver Award in acknowledgement of its environmentally friendly good practice and commitment to becoming more sustainable. Royal Holloway’s Commercial Services Director, Gillian Almond commented, “Our prospective clients are asking more and more questions about the environmental credentials of our facilities and services. It’s essential that we can demonstrate that we take sustainability very seriously and can support them in their ambitions to host more sustainable meetings. Achieving the award will also allow us to set targets towards continuous improvement on our green journey”.

Easthampstead Park

Opening in February 2024, Easthampstead Park Hotel's King Suite is a brand-new event space in Wokingham with easy access to the M4, M3, M40 and M25 and good train links to London. Set amidst 80 acres of Berkshire countryside and accessed by a covered woodland walkway, this exciting new venue offers 750sqm of space with plenty of natural daylight and state-of-the-art technology.
