One of the most opulent buildings in Windsor, The Castle Hotel has been lovingly restored to preserve the atmosphere and elegance of its rich history. Dating back to the 16th century, the hotel is in a prime location for exploring Windsor. Easily accessible for delegates, the hotel offers 10 flexible and fully equipped meeting rooms, accommodating between 4 and 400 delegates.

The grand Windsor Suite is the largest ballroom in Windsor, and fully air conditioned, hosting up to 400 guests in theatre style, and 300 in banquet. Soak in the gorgeous Georgian charm with our high-vaulted ceilings and a stylish built-in bar and stage. With dedicated events coordinators, adjacent rooms, a flowing pantry for coffee and soft drinks, and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi – plus full air conditioning – it’s the perfect place to bring people together. Whether you are planning a multi-day conference, team training day, company workshop, or a staff meeting, there is a meeting room at The Castle Hotel to suit.

The hotel hosts 108 boutique bedrooms all offering a range of luxury amenities including eco-friendly toiletries from 100 Acres, bath robes, slippers, and complimentary water to ensure delegates have a good night’s sleep.

Delegates can unwind at Leaf restaurant which offers a fresh twist on fine dining. Nourish the mind, body and soul with a menu using fresh, local produce. Offering a wide range of mouth-watering dishes from comforting classics to light bites and delectable vegan options.

Located in the heart of Windsor, the hotel offers onsite car parking and with Windsor Central and Windsor Riverside train stations are both nearby, delegates can reach London Paddington or London Waterloo in a little under an hour.

Christmas at the Castle Hotel Windsor

Get the gang and the whole team together for a knees-up to celebrate the end of the year at one of our fabulous private party nights. After a festive feast, keep the good times flowing with your own private bar. We are the largest party venue in Windsor so from large team parties for up to 300 guests to smaller parties up to 20, we have the space for you to celebrate together.

Celebrate in style with our Christmas party package including a welcome drink, three-course festive meal and half a bottle of wine per person along with your own private room for your party.

Dates are available from November through to January, with prices starting from £50 per person for a mid-week private party night in November.
